HOW DO I ACCESS/LOGIN TO CRYSTALIS?

CRYSTALIS is delivered and accessed through Kate's online training academy, Evolve Healing Institute. When you sign up for CRYSTALIS, you will be prompted to create a student account using your email and preferred password. Use this information to login to your CRYSTALIS content at any time.

HOW IS THE ONLINE CONTENT DELIVERED & WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE MODULES?

Your CRYSTALIS content is delivered through Kate's online training academy, Evolve Healing Institute. With simple click-and-open navigation from your CRYSTALIS dashboard, you will be able to easily access all the content, including PDFs, videos, audio, meditations, downloads and community groups.

Each CRYSTALIS masterclass module includes a downloadable PDF (15-25 pages of life-changing content!), 3-4 videos, audio transcript, guided meditation and integration workbook, with a new masterclass module available to you every week for 12 weeks. Depending on whether you are a QUARTZ or DIAMOND level, you will get 12 or 18 months online access to all the CRYSTALIS content.

IS THE CONTENT DOWNLOADABLE?

All of the CRYSTALIS text content (including masterclass transcripts, gems of wisdom & workbooks) is downloadable in PDF format. Audio and video content (including meditation activations, videos, etc) are not downloadable. However, you can access all digital resources for the duration of your online access time.

Group Live Coaching Sessions - VIP Live group coaching sessions are offered twice per year, with each coaching round lasting for 3 months (1 coaching session every 2 weeks). Depending on when you sign up to CRYSTALIS, you will have exclusive access to the next round of live coaching with Kate! Sessions are recorded if you can't attend live on the day, however live participation is strongly encouraged to get the most from the experience.

ARE THE LIVE GROUP COACHING CALLS RECORDED?

Yes, the live group coaching calls with Kate are recorded and a link to download the recording will be emailed to all DIAMOND participants after each session. The video link is only active for 72 hours, so please be sure to download it before it gets deleted!

WHAT IS THE PRIVATE CRYSTALIS COMMUNITY LIKE?

Our private CRYSTALIS community is not a Facebook group (as we want to be able to communicate outside social media and not all of our community members use Facebook). It is a purpose built, self-contained community, accessible through your CRYSTALIS dashboard or via an app. This is where you can network with other CRYSTALIS members about your journey!

HOW DO I ACCESS THE CRYSTALIS CONTENT & HOW IS IT DELIVERED?

When you sign up to CRYSTALIS for the first time, save your online dashboard to your 'favorites' for quick access later. Alternatively, enter the website https://evolvehealinginstitute.thinkific.com into your browser. Use the same email and password login details you used when you signed up.

You can sign up to CRYSTALIS at any time and get instant access to the first week's module. You will receive a new module every week until all 12 modules are available to you. Once you have received all of the content you'll get an additional 12 months (QUARTZ) or 18 months (DIAMOND) of online access time to rewatch all the videos and stay connected to the global CRYSTALIS community. That's a whole lot of unlimited access!

HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE CONTENT?

You have 12 months (QUARTZ) or 18 months (DIAMOND) of unlimited access to all the CRYSTALIS content from the day you sign up.

HOW DO I JOIN THE LIVE COACHING WITH KATE IF I AM IN THE DIAMOND PROGRAM?

If you are in the DIAMOND VIP program, then you get exclusive access to live coaching with Kate. A link to join the coaching calls can be found in the 'DIAMOND VIP RESOURCES' section of your online learning dashboard. Kate will also email out reminders and invites in the weeks leading up to the first call.

WHAT IS MY LOGIN INFORMATION?

CRYSTALIS is delivered through Kate's online training academy, Evolve Healing Institute. When you sign up to CRYSTALIS you will be prompted to enter your email and preferred password to set up your membership account. Please remember or save these details as these will be needed for your future logins.

WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT?

There are 2 CRYSTALIS enrollment options:

QUARTZ - USD $497 upfront or USD $197 x 3 months

DIAMOND - USD $997 upfront (earlybird) or USD $1497 upfront (regular) or USD $550 x 3 months.

NOTE: There is no payment plan option for the earlybird rate, which must be paid in full.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

For upfront payments we accept PayPal or credit card. For payment plans we only accept a valid credit card (no debit cards) which is automatically debited each month for 3 months.

**IMPORTANT** Some credit cards and banks may have automatic security blocks placed on international transactions (especially USA-based banks). If your card is getting declined but you know there are funds in the account, please call your bank to approve your CRYSTALIS payment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A MONTHLY PAYMENT?

If you are on a 3 month payment plan, your payments will automatically be debited from your card at the same time each month. If a payment is declined or bounces, then the payment will be retried for 4 weeks. During this time, your online access to CRYSTALIS will be paused. If you are a DIAMOND participant, then you will not be able to participate in the live coaching sessions. If your payment is still not made after 3 weeks, then your CRYSTALIS enrollment will be cancelled. You will need to contact us to sign up again and pick up where you left off.

WILL I GET A REFUND FOR CONTENT I HAVE PAID FOR BUT NOT ACCESSED?

Accountability is an important part of levelling-up on your CRYSTALIS journey and becoming successful! As such, it is up to you to make sure you are getting the most from your investment by showing up and actively doing the work. We do not issue refunds for CRYSTALIS payments *even* if you don't access the content, only partially complete it, or miss all the live coaching sessions. It still costs us every month to host your content, provide regular content updates, pay our staff and show up for you - even if you are not accessing your online dashboard or attending the coaching calls.

CAN I CANCEL MY CRYSTALIS ENROLLMENT IF IT IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED?

We offer a 5 day cooling off period in which you can access the first week's CRYSTALIS masterclass and support resources. If it is not what you expected, then you are welcome to contacting us by email and request to cancel your enrollment with a full refund. Once the 5 day cooling off period has passed, we do not issue refunds of payments already received if you decide to cancel. However, you may resume the program at any time within the next 12 months with full credit.

CAN I UPGRADE FROM QUARTZ TO DIAMOND?

Yes! You can upgrade from QUARTZ to DIAMOND by contacting us. We will send you a custom upgrade link in which you can pay the difference and access the amazing DIAMOND VIP resources! Please ensure that this is arranged before the commencement of the live group coaching calls with Kate.
