Hi, I'm Kate and I have invested the last 15 years of my life helping and supporting beautiful souls (like yourself) to overcome hardship and trauma and become the best version of themselves!
As a heart-centered professional with a strong background in energy healing, art therapy, coaching and transpersonal counselling, I bring a unique skillset to my support work. This enables me to meet my clients on deep levels of understanding and provide support that is both practical and empowering.
I love working with spiritually minded individuals who give life a go (despite what might be challenging them!). It doesn't matter your gender, age or ethnicity - if you are open minded, value wellness, and enjoy soul-nourishing activities such as art, nature walks, gardening, reading, crafts, meditation and beach visits - then I'd love to work with you.
